We spent a lovely week in Villa Margherita. There were plenty of room for our two families (9 person). And the pool was very welcome as we had a very warm week in Tuscany (39 C)! I would warmly recommend the villa; the place was very nice and quiet.The rental car is needed if you would like to visit the attractions and see the Tuscany more as we did.

We had a wonderful stay at Il Doccio. It was everything we hoped for and more.We were a party of 15 ,three families, and we found it was the perfect place to combine times together and quieter times on our own. The accommodation was traditionally Italian and spotlessly clean. The pool was a great size and used daily by all.The setting was beautiful and the owners very helpful .We especially enjoyed the cooking lesson and meal afterwards. There are lots of places to visit in the area for a truly authentic Italian experience.I would highly recommend Il Dolcia to families or large groups.
