We would be very pleased if you could pass on our thanks to both Aida and Massimo who acted as perfect hosts for our villa. We are sorry that our Italian is not up to explaining our thanks in the local language.
The only comment we can think of to improve the whole experience would be if the directions to the property could be updated, since on ‘final approach’ the lone pine tree is no longer standing – and confused all three groups that drove to the property.
Other than that, the greeting (along with grapes and olive oil), the help during our stay, the house, pool, gardens, location, ability to walk to town, local restaurants, etc was absolutely perfect. Thank you.

This was a great little apartment for our stay in Tuscany. It was centrally located in the town of Barberino Val D'Elsa near restaurants and shopping. The apartment is cozy and cute. The kitchen was equipped to allow light cooking such as making coffee and cooking that requires only a stovetop. Wifi is available just outside the door and at the cafe/bar just down the street, but not in the apartment. The caretakers live very close and were very responsive to our requests.

We really enjoyed our time in this well-located villa.
It was comfortable and accommodated our family of 6 adults & 2 children well.
The owner took care of two problems that cropped up immediately and without fuss.
Bring all supplies including the most basic things for the kitchen/bathroom. Thank you for a great stay.

Loved staying at La Mirandola. The owners are friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great and the accomadation is fabulous. Would reccomend this to anyone.

Had a very memorable family holiday at Villa Casanova in Jul 2012; there were 13 of us with 4 children under 6yrs.
Location: Was stunning with the villa sitting in the middle of the vineyard and looking over lush greenery. The villa was very accessible with a rented car and we took several day trips to San Gimigano, Siena etc
Villa: Was very clean, comfortable and very importantly had air conditioning.
Catering: As we were a big group, we did have dinners arranged with the local mama and the food and wine was the highlight of the trip. We also had a pizza cooking lesson one evening and the kids really enjoyed the session.
Milena and team: We really appreciated Milena and her team's warm hospitality and her easy demeanour meant that we felt like we were with friends. She has an excellent team and we would definitely consider a repeat visit in the coming summers.
