Very nice house, with very nice rooms and excellent swimming pool. Brita (who lives next door and looks after the house and guests) is very helpful. Could do with a few more glasses,crockery and some cooking dishes if catering for parties of 9-10.The house is 1 mile off the road on an unmade road which you have to drive carefully. Otherwise position is excellent for Arezzo, Florence, Siena etc. if you are prepared to drive a little way

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this villa. It was beautiful, the pool was gorgeous and the view was spectacular. The family hosts were delightful, accommodating and helpful. We could not have asked for more. We would definitely recommend this villa for a holiday and plan to come back again.

Due to high traffic on the motorway we couldn't check in in time. The owner was not flexible to manage late arrival at 10-11pm. We got stranded somewhere in Italy with our 2 kids over night and had to check in the other day.
