New Review Submitted for Tassinaia located in Castelfiorentino, Tuscany, Italy.

Review Details:
Tassinaia is a beautifull villa tranquilly located on top of a hil near Castelfiorentino. Breathtaking views over Tuscan hills from garden and swimming pool. There is always a small breeze and temperature in the evening falls to an agreeable level. One hour driving from the airport of Pisa (cheap flights). 50 minutes train travelling to the centre of Florence. In the village a well equiped supermarket (coop). The house was restored in 2006 and is well maintained. It is nicely decorated. There are a dishwasser and a washing machine for your convenience. Remarkable although that the kitchen furniture lacks tablespoons and a bread knife (we bought it and left there). The swimming pool is quite large. Owner and family are nice and helpfull. Nevertheless we discovered the owners dogs turd in the neighbouring of the swimming pool. In summer there are lots of mosquitoes in Tuscany. Fly screens or mosquitoe nets would be nice.

New Review Submitted for Tenuta Villa La Chiusa Schnautzer: Castore & Polluce located in Lucca, Tuscany, Italy.

Review Details:
Castore and Polluce is een perfect huis. Twee grote woonkamers en volledig uitgeruste keukens. De slaapkamers hebben goede bedden. De badkamers zijn klein maar fijn, de douche is prima. Er zijn wel veel kleine trapjes in het huis wat een probleem zou kunnen zijn als je slecht ter been bent. Onze kinderen vonden het geweldig, zoveel ruimte in het huis. Pino en Orsola zijn de beste gastheer en gastvrouw die je kan bedenken. Bij aankomst was er fruit en wijn en kregen we meteen een rondleiding door de tuinen en voelden we ons super welkom. Pino kan je alle informatie geven over de omgeving en evt. reserveringen voor je regelen voor restaurants. Alle belangrijke touristische plaatsten liggen op 1 1/2 a 2 uur rijden. s'Avonds kijk je uit over de berg en zie je de lichtjes van Lucca. Enig minpuntje waren de muggen, niet zozeer s'nachts maar vooral s'avonds. Dus, antimuggen middelen meenemen, overigens veel mensen op diverse plekken gezien met muggenbulten dus dat lag niet aan deze plek alleen.
Pino en Orsola, nogmaals bedankt voor alles en ik hoop tot ziens want het voelde als thuiskomen.

New Review Submitted for Mercatale: Mercatale 4 located in Mercatale Val Di Pesa, Tuscany, Italy.

Review Details:
We spent a beautiful week at Mercatale 4. The property was what we expected from the website. The property owner was very nice and we had a lot of privacy. She was very helpful in directing us to the nearest grocery store and prior to arriving she gave us information so that we could book a cooking class.
I would suggest bringing a radio as there is no TV on site if you wish to have some music while you are there. The value was great for the property and the access to main highways and other towns was 100%.

The directions/GPS cordinates need to be updated on the Easy Reserve confirmation as we found that they were not as accurate as they could have been.

Nos ha encantado Podere La Marronaia, ha superado nuestras expectativas. El apartamento amarillo es más grande de lo que parecía en las fotos y el acceso al jardín y la sensación de intimidad son perfectas. Los propietarios muy amables, sensación de familiaridad y a la vez de independencia. Han sido unas vacaciones inolvidables. Igor e Itziar. Navarra.

The yellow apartment is bigger than it looked in the pictures, and access to the garden and the sense of intimacy are perfect. The owners are very friendly, feeling of familiarity and independence. New Review Submitted for Al Fanucchi located in Capannori, Tuscany, Italy.

Al Fanucchi exceeded our expectations. It is the perfect place for a large family, a group (we were four couples). The residence has everything we were looking for and then some--a fully equipped kitchen which we used extensively, all the bedrooms and baths were comfortable, the living room which served as a dance floor and the upstairs TV/reading room. But the best was the patio overlooking the valley and hilltop town with al fresco dining, BBQ, and comfy chairs for reading and sipping. The pool was an absolute delight, especially after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. We all thought the location was perfect--easy to get to Lucca and the surrounding wineries and a reasonable drive to Pisa, Cinque Terra, San Gimignano and Volterra, and Modena. We look forward to coming back.
