This property is beautiful, quiet and very comfortable for a
group. It is very evident that the owner takes great pride in maintaining the villa. It was immaculate and in perfect working order. The location in Tuscany allowed us short driving time to many small walled villages. Thank You, Rosado!

Beautiful location in the most spectacular countryside of Toscana, near San Gimignano. Easy drive to very beautiful cities.

Quite suitable and great value for our group of 8 adults. Agency very helpful before and during rental and familiar with property. All rooms and common areas very spacious and well-appointed.Proximity to Cavriglia via a gravel road parallel to the main highway offered a pleasant walk into town. Cavriglia's location very good for Chianti region and other travels; easy access to railway and main highways. Cooking lesson was entertaining and instructive and rsulted in a great meal. We had a fantastic stay at this property and I would really recommend it. The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the views from the property were fantastic, and the villa itself was very charming, comfortable and great value for money. The villa is sbout 10 minutes drive from the gorgeous town of Lucca and also very close to the dramatic scenery of Garfagna. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Villa Fabbroni was wonderfully satisfying. The setting is gorgeous, the accommodations comfortable, and the hosts (Stefano and Sergio) aboslutely charming. Plus, the gourmet Italian food they prepare and serve in the wine cellar restaurant is outstanding: the best!
