Tolle Lage der Villa. Man kann sämtliche Geschäfte zu Fuss erreichen.Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der Vermieter Paolo ist ein toller Typ. Er putzt 2mal wöchentlich früh morgens den Pool. Er ist immer erreichbar wenn was sein sollte.

Review Details:
Be prepared to climb many steps up to the villa! But worth it for the stunning views from the first-floor balcony; one of the highlights of the holiday was waking each day and being greeted with the warm sun and the balcony view. A car is essential to explore the surrounding area; however parking at the villa could be a little tricky at times, depending on the number of other vehicles there. In Marciano della Chiana we particularly enjoyed the Vivian Bar, just two minutes walk away, which we visited every day, and the Osteria La Vecchia Rota. For local shopping we would recommend the supermarket in Cesa, 5 minutes drive away.
