Great stay and villa. Villa is well-furnished and owner is nice although some might not like the daily visits. The view is truly stunning from the villa. The villa is greatly located a few minutes away by walking distance from the heart of the village and decent driving distances from towns/villages around (Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano, Sienna, Florence etc.). Only negative point would be no air con and the kitchen is located upstairs which is not convenient when you like to eat outside.

A brilliant location.Loads of lovely villages and florence and sienna only an hour away. The villa had every amenity. The helpful and friendly owners were nearby if needed.Wonderful views.

Nous sommes une famille avec 2 enfants de 9 et 12 ans. Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines à Montaione. Tout était parfait, la maison, la décoration, la piscine, le tennis. Chaque maison dispose d'un grand terrain et est parfaitement isolée des autres. L'accueil, les services, l'entretien sont très attentionnés, très efficaces et très professionnels, On a vraiment l'impression que tout est fait pour que les occupants se sentent bien dans leur location.
Montaione est situé au centre de la Toscane, à quelques kilomètres de San Gimignoiano et à peu près à égale distance de tous les points d'intérêt (Florence, Sienne, Pise, Lucca, Volterra, ...).
Nous recommandons donc cette location sans aucune hésitation, nous lui donnons très largement ses cinq étoiles et c'est là que nous séjournerons à nouveau le jour où reviendrons en Toscane!!!!

Not clean, poor parking, in the middle of nowhere (nearest activity 30 mins drive) and unexpectedly surprised with additional costs to pay (140 euros!).

De vakantiewoning was in de basis heel erg mooi. Het onderhoud aan de buitenzijde en het onderhoud van de tuin liet echter veel te wensen over.
Bovendien was er op het terrein een tweede woning, waar die week verschillende mensen verbleven. Wij hebben de beheerders moeten bellen, omdat een hond van een van de mensen de hele nacht had geblaft en de muziek 's avonds hard stond. Zij hadden in principe toegang tot onze ruimte waardoor de privacy onvoldoende was.
