We hebben het heerlijk gehad. Fijn huis, met twee slaap-en badkamers. De keuken is klein maar wel van alles voorzien. Het zwembad hadden we eigenlijk de hele tijd voor onszelf. Davide is een prettige gastheer: goed bereikbaar en bereid om mee te denken en tips te geven. Het huis is gelegen op een berg nog geen 20 min rijden van Lucca. De route ernaartoe is uitdagend met de smalle weggetjes en haarspeldbochten. Maar dat levert een heerlijk rustige locatie op waar je in alle rust kunt genieten van je vakantie!

Een heerlijke ruime villa, waar we met 2 gezinnen heerlijk hebben genoten van prachtige uitzicht, patio, zwembad, lounge en de zeer ruime tuin, een plek om tot rust te komen en niets te hoeven

Well-proportioned traditional-style Umbrian country house; lovely dining room for cooler days; quiet road leading up a hill to a weekend pizzeria; houses close by but there was no noise from them and no overlooking; there's no air conditioning but there were fans and because of the quality of the building, it stayed reasonably cool during a heatwave. There are some nice views of Trasimeno and the hills from the garden through the trees (see image). There were some issues with the plumbing during our stay but the key holder attended immediately to fix them; perhaps the bed linen could be upgraded. The bottom line: we had a lovely time in a beautiful place.
