Excellent 5 /5Wonderful apartment. This apartment was clean and carefully maintained. Had all the necessities for cooking and a great layout. Ivan and his family are very warm and gracious hosts. Not intrusive but helpful and very welcoming. They have a bountiful garden that they encouraged us to use. The location was a great jumping off point for our road trips to Siena, Civita di Bagnoregio, Montalcino, Sansepolcro and Cortona. It is a great place to just hang out. The views are really beautiful of the valley below. The little restaurant across the street was really good. The one thing to be aware of is that the altitude makes it a little cooler than lower down. My only disappointment was not being able to use the pool but that was the weather's fault and not our hosts. The pool looked great.
