The owner a renowned Italian Architect and Interior Designer restored the villa in total respect to the Tuscan tradition and furnished it with an impressive combination of furniture personally designed and some antiques ones. The property comprises the main Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom in the guesthouse. Other bedrooms with en-suite bathroom can be rented at extra cost sleeping up to 18 people. Lavacchio has been restored and furnished to high standard all the first floor bedrooms have air-conditioning and two other portable units are available on request.

Holiday home La Sorgente is a nice stone building (350 sq m) that includes air conditioning, WiFi internet and private pool. The house was meticulously restored from what were formerly an olive mill and a barn, now connected by a large entrance hall and terrace. The structure makes it ideal for groups of friends looking to spend their holiday in Tuscany together while retaining their own privacy as the house is divided into two different areas. The swimming pool has a salted water filter system which avoids the use of chlorine.
After arriving at La Sorgente you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of shopping.
