Villa Serena is a modern-style residence developed across 2 floors. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a spacious and elegantly appointed living room with comfortable sofas, a large dining room featuring a table for 14 guests, a billiard room, and a fully equipped kitchen outfitted with a seven-burner stove, a double electric oven, a fridge with ice maker, and a dishwasher. The kitchen connects directly to the outdoor equipped patio. Also on the ground floor, 3 double bedrooms are available, each with its own ensuite bathroom, with 1 of these rooms featuring a freestanding jacuzzi tub. A service bathroom is also located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, 4 additional double bedrooms are arranged, each with a private bathroom with shower. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen satellite TV, a BBQ, and a laundry room. The rental price includes final cleaning, daily maid service, air conditioning, mid-week changes of bed linen, and a change of towels twice a week. City taxes may apply as an additional expense if requested. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash, and will be returned upon departure less any damages or unpaid fees. The minimum stay is 1 week, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am.
