The non-heated infinity swimming pool is positioned slightly above the first floor of the house, approximately 15 metres away, and is reached via a path of large and small travertine steps. The pool measures 5 metres in width and 12.5 metres in length, of which 2.5 metres consist of a shallow beach area 30 centimetres deep with 5 entry steps, while the remaining 10 metres range in depth from 1.10 to 1.95 metres. Lined in sand-coloured PVC with a travertine border, the pool is equipped with salt purification and internal lighting, and is set in a secluded, quiet position that is barely visible from the house. The travertine solarium surrounds the pool on 2 sides and is furnished with sunbeds, deck chairs, and a large umbrella. A bamboo and wisteria-covered pergola with a dining table and a fixed barbecue completes this outdoor entertaining area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The main house is arranged over 2 floors. On the ground floor, past a small hallway with a guest bathroom, you will find a dining room furnished with a dining table and a pellet stove, connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a central island. French windows in both the living room and the kitchen open onto a panoramic terrace of approximately 50 square metres, perfectly suited for outdoor dining. The remaining area forms a luxuriant garden that follows the natural slope of the terrain, distributed across 2 distinct terraced levels connected by elegant brick stairways. Stone walls and hedges define the various zones, which are enlivened by maples, oaks, cypresses, roses, broom, and flowering herbs, all beautifully illuminated at night. Please be aware that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you will find upon your arrival at the villa. The upper terrace hosts the parking area and the spectacular infinity pool, while the house sits gracefully on the lower level. The non-heated infinity pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 6 x 12 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.30 metres to 2.30 metres. It features chlorine purification and PVC lining, with access to the water via Roman steps arranged in an original fan shape in one of the corners. The pool is equipped with internal lighting and is open all year round. The ground floor further includes a double bedroom with direct access to the garden, served by a bathroom with shower. A storage room housing the washing machine completes this level.
