Just 20 metres from the house, the beautiful private swimming pool takes centre stage. Rectangular in shape and measuring 10 x 5 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 2.00 metres, the non-heated pool is lined in PVC and features chlorine purification, internal lighting, and a metal ladder for safe water access. The surrounding pool area, elegantly paved in stone and brick, is furnished with sunbeds, a table, chairs, umbrellas, and a solar shower, creating the perfect environment for relaxing summer days. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Casa Rossa is a suggestive farmhouse of very remote origins. It stands in a very panoramic and peaceful position, overlooking vineyards and olive groves. It can be reached by following an unpaved road (1,5 km) that winds its way through rows of vineyards, and even before you get there you will feel you have been catapulted into another era. The origins of this house are in fact very old and date back at least to 1500, as documented in the register of souls of the parish of Pieve San Giovanni.
The owners, Leone and Giuseppe, have intentionally maintained its rustic, almost medieval appearance in order to preserve its noble origins. The wooden and brick ceilings, the original terracotta floors and the simple and essential furnishings are a rare example of the rural tradition in Tuscany. The farmhouse is particularly suitable for couples or families who love nature and simplicity and want to get away from modern life for a while.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
You will find yourself facing an incomparable view on summer evenings, sitting by the pool (size 5 x 9 m, depth 1.20 m, private for guests - open from 16 May to 12 September) or dining in the furnished pergola in front of the house. And if you feel like leaving the quiet of the place for a while, the city of Arezzo is reachable in 15 minutes by car, and throughout the year it offers countless folkloristic and cultural events, including the Giostra del Saracino and the Antique Fair.

You will find La Casina del Bosco in an extremely panoramic position, nestled among silver olive trees in the beautiful, green Alpe di Catenaia. The little house is located not far from the mountain pass that joins the two valleys of Casentino and Valtiberina and will allow you easy day trips in both valleys, in search of monasteries and castles and small, ancient villages carved in stone and unknown to most people. The splendid view that you will see every morning from your windows overlooks the surrounding luxuriant woods, thickets of ancient chestnut and oak trees, where wildlife still reigns supreme. All this makes the place extremely peaceful and almost enchanted.
The house is reached by a small unpaved road (approx. 2 km), which we do not recommend taking with sports cars. About 8 km away is Subbiano, an industrious village with supermarkets, restaurants and shops of all kinds, whose origins can be traced back to Roman times. In the small village of Falciano, just 3 km away, there is a typical Tuscan restaurant where you can enjoy pasta, meat and traditional dishes that we are sure you will not easily forget.
18 km away is the ancient city of Arezzo, to which we recommend you dedicate at least one day, strolling through its paved alleys and beautiful squares.
The little house that you will rent is the result of a recent restoration, built with ancient local stone but above all a depository of very distant origins, it was in fact once used by shepherds who stopped there during the transhumance.
For your days of complete relaxation, there is a panoramic swimming pool surrounded by olive trees ( size m. 6 x 2.70, depth m. 1.30 - open from 01st May to 30th September), a hydro-massage tub (5 seats, size m. 2.20 x 2.20 - available with extra charge), a pergola furnished with table and chairs to enjoy your meals in the open air, a barbecue and a fully equipped garden. The outdoor area (approx. 1200 sqm) is fully fenced and your small four-legged friends are very welcome. The garden is richly planted with herbs, lavender bushes, climbing jasmine and olive trees, and is further embellished by a spectacular fountain. Generous areas of manicured lawn provide ideal spaces for children to play freely in a safe and beautiful natural setting. At the back of the villa, on the basement level, the outdoor areas adjacent to the swimming pool include a dedicated lounge area for relaxation and a dining area with a barbecue, both sheltered by a large umbrella. The non-heated swimming pool occupies a panoramic position at the rear of the villa, enclosed by an access gate for safety. Rectangular in shape and measuring 6 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.55 metres, it features a stone border and is lined in light-coloured PVC. Access to the water is provided by a metal ladder, and the pool is equipped with internal lighting and a chlorine purification system. The surrounding area, finished in teak and stone, is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and a convenient cold-water shower is available for guests. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. Guests are kindly reminded that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of arrival.

The sleeping quarters are completed on the first floor with 2 double bedrooms, each enjoying its own private balcony and served by a bathroom with a whirlpool shower. The first floor also features 2 panoramic terraces, one of which is furnished with armchairs and a coffee table.
