The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests.
A yoga room is available; there is an additional fee for its use, payable locally.
There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house.
The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.

The swimming pool, positioned at the front of the villa approximately 25 meters from the entrance and accessible through the rectangular square in front, measures 7 m x 13 m with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2.40 m. It is a non-heated pool, elegantly lined with blue mosaic in the style of Roman baths, and features 2 internal Roman staircases for easy entry, 3 hydromassage stations, and internal lighting. The teak wood solarium surrounding the pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers shaded by 3 umbrellas and a hot shower for guests' convenience. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
