Casa Felice is the ideal place for families and groups of friends. In the large garden shaded by a huge centuries-old oak and olive trees there are the swimming pool (size 9x4 m. - depth 1,50 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) the barbecue, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Here you will really escape from everyday life, to spend an uninterrupted time with family or friends. Your small four-legged friends are also welcome (extra charge could be required).
Casa Felice offers all the necessary features for a relaxing holiday tanks to the nice furniture and the many amenities inside the house. On the ground floor there is a rustic and cozy kitchen, with old pots and pans hanging on the wall, which contributes to make the rustic atmosphere of the villa even more authentic. Description
Villa Gioiosa is an old stone house that once belonged to the nearby Benedictine monastery and was used by the monks as a chestnut dryer, of which the surrounding woods are rich. Today the house has been completely restored, maintaining the characteristics of the old Tuscan farmhouse, both in the architectural features and in the furnishings, enriched with local antiques.
A few kilometres away is the village of Monte San Savino, famous for its ceramics and its beautiful alleyways and buildings, offering shops, supermarkets, restaurants and services of all kinds.
In the large garden adorned with medicinal plants, flowers and olive trees, there is on one side a beautiful swimming pool with a Roman staircase (size m. 5 x 10, depth m. 1.50 - open from 01st May to 30th September), and on the other a large barbecue and wood-burning oven in a beautiful wooden gazebo furnished with table and chairs, where you can spend enjoyable evenings in the company of family and friends. In the garden there are many relaxing corners where you will be spoilt for choice, whether reading a book under the porch, sunbathing by the pool or taking long, relaxing walks through the woods and cultivated fields within the property, which extends over several hectares.

The large, flat lawn extends across the fully fenced perimeter of the park, bordered along its entire edge by the property's own vineyard, creating a natural and picturesque boundary. An almost boundless expanse of vines and numerous olive trees frame the various outdoor areas that have been thoughtfully arranged for relaxation and convivial gatherings. Just past the entrance gate, guests will find a covered outdoor dining area shaded by a large umbrella and equipped with a gas-powered barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals in the open air. A comfortable seating area with sofas is also available nearby, providing a welcoming space to unwind while taking in the views. The panoramic pool area is situated in close proximity to the villa's entrances, ensuring easy and convenient access at all times. The non-heated swimming pool is irregularly shaped and located at the back of the villa, approximately 15 metres from the main building, reached by a pleasant walk across the lawn. Measuring 4 by 12 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, the pool is lined in grey PVC and features chlorine purification and internal lights. The stone-paved pool edge transitions gracefully into the well-kept surrounding lawn, where elegant sunbeds, small tables, umbrellas, and a solar shower are arranged for guests' comfort. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. It is worth noting that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and the colours of the garden grass may differ at the time of arrival.
