The private swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4 metres with a uniform depth of 160 cm, is available on a seasonal basis from 2 May to 27 September and is maintained by the owner's gardener, ensuring it remains in excellent condition throughout the season. An outdoor shower is conveniently located near the pool area, allowing for a comfortable transition between swims and relaxation. Garden furniture is provided for outdoor lounging and dining, and a barbecue is available for alfresco meals, making evenings in the garden a truly memorable experience.

Within the complex, guests have access to a well-equipped fitness room and a hot tub, adding a wellness dimension to the stay. The property is served by a central heating system, which is available during the cooler months from 1 November to 15 April.
