Beautiful house dating back to the end of the 18th century comprising 6 welcoming apartments. This property is situated on the hills surrounding Volterra and enjoys amazing views of the Tuscan landscape. All of the 6 units have been recently restored and are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. The well-groomed outside areas provide gazebos, nice paths, fruit trees and a large pool with open-air shower and sun-beds. The property owners, who are very friendly people, live only a short distance away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Volterra con general stores 10 km away, the beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 60 km away, Florence approx. 70 km away.
The beaches of Cecina are in a 1-hour drive.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden with swimming-pool (15 x 7 m – depth 1,2 m), open-air shower (cold water), changing room with bathroom, shared barbecue.

The surrounding sunbathing area is finished with high-quality synthetic grass, featuring a perforated backing with an advanced drainage system to prevent water stagnation, yarns treated with antibacterial agents during production, and a surface that remains soft and cool without overheating in the sun, becoming cold in winter, or retaining moisture after rain. Charming complex dating back to the 19th century situated in panoramic location on the Tuscan hills. This property comprises a main building and a nice barn which have been carefully restored preserving their original architectural features as well as their beautiful cotto-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The two units offer 8 comfortable apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a Tuscan style.
Distances: the villages of Montelopio 1 km, Fabbrica with all kinds of shops 4 km away, an excellent restaurant offering nice recipes of the Tuscan tradition is approx. 800 m away, Volterra 25 km, Pontedera (with nice shopping facilities) 23 km away, Casciana Terme (with spas) 25 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Pisa (airport) 50 km, Livorno (seaside) 50 km away, Florence (airport) and Lucca approx. 65 km away, Siena approx. 70 km. The coastline with large equipped beaches is in a 45-minute drive.

Villa Belvedere, 240 square meters on two floors, comfortably accommodates up to eight people and offers a marvelous view that sweeps from the valley of the Cecina mountains to the soffioni of Lardarello and the Chianti hills.
The entrance of the vacation villa, where a stone inscription testifies to the ancient origins of the building, dating back to the late 16th century, leads on one side to a large and bright fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, and on the other to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
From outside there is access to a laundry room.
On the second floor are two living areas with a large fireplace, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms with washbasin, toilet, and bidet, one of which has a bathtub/shower and the other a shower only.
Next to the holiday villa in Tuscany is a private swimming pool with umbrella and deck chairs, surrounded by a green area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
