The very large house is divided into two parts: one is occupied by the owners, and the other, with a private garden, is occupied by Casa Luigi.
The garden, spanning over 1,000 square meters, features a private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, 1.4 meters deep, with a waterfall and salt water purification), a tennis table, a gazebo, relaxation areas, and a barbecue.

The garden of La Dama del Bosco unfolds at the rear of the property in a series of terraced levels that follow the natural slope of the hillside, each offering its own distinct character and purpose. On the first terrace, a paved area provides an inviting outdoor dining and living space, perfect for al fresco meals and relaxed evenings in the open air. Ascending a flight of steps from here, the second terrace opens onto a lush grass-covered area featuring a dedicated solarium equipped with comfortable sunbeds shaded by a centuries-old plane tree, as well as a barbecue area ideal for outdoor cooking and entertaining. Continuing upward, a further flight of steps leads to a large teak-decked area where the swimming pool and a meditation pond create a serene and contemplative atmosphere. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool measures 3 x 8 metres with a constant depth of 1.30 metres and is equipped with chlorine purification, internal lighting, and an iron ladder for easy water access. A functional solar shower is also available within this area, and comfortable sunbeds are arranged along the pool perimeter for sunbathing in complete tranquillity. Beyond the pool area, the upper terraces are planted with olive and fruit trees and bordered by the ancient chestnut wood, within which a network of hiking paths invites guests to explore the surrounding landscape and discover moments of priceless natural peace. To the left, the kitchen and a guest bathroom complete the ground floor layout. The sleeping area on the first floor comprises 3 double bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with an additional single bed, all 4 rooms featuring ensuite bathrooms. Ascending the staircase to the second floor, located within the attic, guests discover a small living area and a pocket terrace offering a breathtaking view of the sea. The estate provides an ideal terrain for beautiful walks among vineyards and olive trees.
The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

The vacation rental villa with private pool, Villa Alex, is located just 1500 meters from the sea and beaches of Versilia, in Marina di Pietrasanta, and about 3Km from Pietrasanta. A pretty town with dozens of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors, well known for its art galleries and cultural life.
During the summer you will find stores open at night everywhere in Versilia. The house is also very close to Lido di Camaiore (about 1.5 km), with its long and pleasant “promenade” connected to the Viareggio promenade for a long and safe walk or bike ride, not forgetting restaurants and stores. Forte dei Marmi with its incredible luxury stores is only 5 km away.
The Villa is also a great starting point for visiting all of Tuscany.
Florence is about 1 hour's drive away as are the 5terre. Lucca, with its ancient walls and medieval charm, is only a 20-minute drive from the house and in summer is particularly animated by its Lucca Summer Festival or in November by Lucca Comics. Pisa and its famous leaning tower are also very close.
Villa Alex has a private garden on 4 sides, with access through an automatic gate and offers about 4 parking spaces.
The private pool on located in the front garden and measures 9 x 4 meters, and is 1.4m deep, chlorine purified. Around the pool you will have deck chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas.
In the back garden you will have a lawn area and a barbecue.
You can dine comfortably on the back terrace, directly accessible from the kitchen.
The sea can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or a few minutes more by bicycle.
The nearest supermarket is about 800 meters away, and for children, or even your 4-legged friends, there is a beautiful tree-lined park before the supermarket.
