Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located on a higher level with respect to the villa and is reached via a series of steps connecting the garden terraces. Rectangular with Roman steps for access; it measures 15 x 6 m with the depth ranging between 1.2 and 2.2 m; chlorine purification system; internal lighting. The solarium area (paved around the perimeter of the pool and bordered by a lawn of approximately 200 sq m) is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and a cold-water shower. Description
Casale La Pieve is a wonderful Farmhouse on the hills of the Versilia area in Tuscany, just above Viareggio and Torre del Lago, and from here you can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing sea view over the whole coast.
This holiday farmhouse is composed of 3 independent holiday apartments for rent where each one has its own private outdoor area, such as a terrace or a garden (or both).
The property features a shared pool:
- Open from May till October, from 9AM till 7PM.
- 8,5 m length, 4.5m wide, 1,3m deep.
- Depuration: Chlorine.
The property also features a common outdoor area where everyone can enjoy a specific area without meeting each other:
