Completely renovated while preserving its historic character, the villa features original terracotta floors and traditional architectural details alongside contemporary, designer furnishings in a harmonious blend of neutral and vibrant tones. Spanning approximately 450 square meters across 2 floors and divided into 4 independent housing units, the property is ideally suited for couples, families, and groups of friends seeking both privacy and conviviality. The non-heated pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 14 by 7 meters with a uniform depth of 1.50 meters. It is finished in natural stone, equipped with a Roman-style access staircase and internal lighting, and maintained through a combined chlorine and salt purification system. The surrounding solarium area is paved in gray natural stone and furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. 2 gazebos with seating areas and tables are set within the lawn, and a cold water outdoor shower is available for guests' convenience. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
