The pool is accessible via steps and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. A characteristic outdoor shower is also available for guests. Access to the pool area is through 2 dedicated gates, and the pool itself is located approximately 20 metres from the main building, reachable via a staircase or ramp. Approximately 5 metres from the outdoor kitchen, guests will find a 6-seat heated whirlpool tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The large panoramic veranda, overlooking Lake Trasimeno, is a highlight of the property and serves as an ideal outdoor dining and living space. It is fully equipped with a built-in kitchen, barbecue, dining area with tables and chairs, and a relaxation area with sofas and a coffee table. The parking area, featuring 10 uncovered spaces, is situated above the building at the end of the avenue.
