A washing machine is available for shared use among guests. Parking is conveniently provided on the property at no additional inconvenience. Guests are kindly reminded that the neighbourhood is highly sensitive to noise, and quietness along with respectful behaviour is expected at all times throughout the stay. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups. It is worth noting that a car is recommended to make the most of the surrounding area and its many attractions. Additional accommodations within the property can be booked, making "Gerry House" a flexible option for larger groups or extended families travelling together.

The property also features a common outdoor area where everyone can enjoy a specific area without meeting each other:
