To the right of the main entrance, a hallway leads to 2 bedrooms, one featuring a divisible bed and one a double bed, both with ensuite bathrooms, as well as an additional bathroom serving the floor.
On the first floor, a sitting room to the right of the staircase faces the billiard room, which is a large, brightly lit space with a frescoed vaulted ceiling. The sitting room connects to a suite comprising a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a private sitting room. The billiard room leads to a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. To the left of the staircase, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and an ensuite bathroom communicates with a sitting room, which in turn connects to a double bedroom with a divisible bed and an ensuite bathroom. These last 2 rooms also benefit from direct and independent access from the billiard room.

The pool is non-heated and rectangular in shape, featuring Roman steps and measuring 16 by 8.5 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.05 to 1.40 metres and a 20-centimetre beach entrance. Its Bisazza mosaic lining and chlorine filtration system ensure both beauty and hygiene, while the surrounding marble pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds, a gazebo, and a hot and cold-water shower. Olive trees and aromatic plants encircle the pool area, providing a natural sense of privacy and intimacy. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
