The non-heated swimming pool, open from the first Saturday in May until the first Saturday in October, is rectangular in shape with a PVC TOUCH internal lining and measures 12 x 4 metres with a uniform depth of 1.50 metres. Access to the pool is facilitated by internal steps running along its short side. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, providing a comfortable space to enjoy the sun. The pool uses a salt-based purification system, offering a gentler and more natural swimming experience. It is worth noting that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and colour of the garden grass may vary depending on the time of your arrival.

Pets of small size are welcome at the property, subject to prior written authorisation from the owner. Guests must communicate the number, size, and breed of their animals before arrival. The acceptance of animals is not guaranteed without this prior approval. The swimming pool is open from the first Saturday in May until the first Saturday in October. The rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The stay also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. Near the entrance, an outdoor living area features small sofas and armchairs set among colourful bushes of Mediterranean herbs and flower-filled vases, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. A gazebo on the pool side, furnished with a table, chairs, and a mobile barbecue, provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining. The porch adjacent to the ex-barn is equipped with a table tennis table for additional recreation. The swimming pool complex is a remarkable feature of the property, set between the olive grove and the lawn approximately 20 m from the house. The complex is formed by 3 interconnected pools that create a captivating play of water. The main infinity pool, finished in coloured cement, measures 4.50 x 12 m, with a depth ranging from 90 cm at the entrance steps to 140 cm beside the cascade. Above it sits the Jacuzzi pool measuring 4 x 2 m, from which water flows down in an emotional cascade into the main pool. At ground level, a children's pool measuring 2 x 3.5 m with a depth of 40 cm completes the complex. The solarium area, paved in Tuscan stone mosaic, is furnished with sunbeds and deckchairs and includes a cold-water shower.
