Casa Rossa is a suggestive farmhouse of very remote origins. It stands in a very panoramic and peaceful position, overlooking vineyards and olive groves. It can be reached by following an unpaved road (1,5 km) that winds its way through rows of vineyards, and even before you get there you will feel you have been catapulted into another era. The origins of this house are in fact very old and date back at least to 1500, as documented in the register of souls of the parish of Pieve San Giovanni.
The owners, Leone and Giuseppe, have intentionally maintained its rustic, almost medieval appearance in order to preserve its noble origins. The wooden and brick ceilings, the original terracotta floors and the simple and essential furnishings are a rare example of the rural tradition in Tuscany. The farmhouse is particularly suitable for couples or families who love nature and simplicity and want to get away from modern life for a while.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
You will find yourself facing an incomparable view on summer evenings, sitting by the pool (size 5 x 9 m, depth 1.20 m, private for guests - open from 16 May to 12 September) or dining in the furnished pergola in front of the house. Villa La Felce is a typical Tuscan stone farmhouse nestled in the serene countryside between Cetona and San Casciano dei Bagni in Italy. This luxury holiday villa has been recently restored to offer exceptional comfort while preserving its original charm and wonderfully eccentric details. Surrounded by approximately 2 hectares of land including manicured gardens filled with fragrant plants and shrubs and a sprawling olive grove with around 200 olive trees, the property offers breathtaking views over the Val di Chiana and the green rolling hills of Tuscany. The villa is accessed via a picturesque country road lined with cypresses and green pines, ensuring complete privacy and tranquility. The property features complimentary Internet Wifi throughout and convenient parking facilities for guests. A stunning non-heated swimming pool measuring 15x7 meters with depths ranging from 0.8 to 2.5 meters is situated at the edge of the olive grove, providing spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The pool can be covered with a protective cloth to maintain water temperature during cooler nights and is open from 1 May to 31 October.

The ground floor welcomes you through the spacious furnished terrace into a large reception room featuring a grand living area with a traditional fireplace and expansive windows that frame fabulous views of the garden and Tuscan hills. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and includes a charming fireplace corner, while the adjacent dining room extends over two levels with seating for 12 people. Also on the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom furnished with a king size bed, offering direct access to the garden and featuring a private en suite bathroom with shower. A separate toilet and laundry room complete this level. Ascending the staircase from the living room, the first floor features a wide corridor adorned with panoramic windows that flood the space with natural light. The sleeping area comprises one bedroom with valley views and a luxurious private bathroom equipped with double sinks and a bathtub with shower attachment. Three additional double bedrooms are located on this floor, two of which are very spacious and one slightly more intimate, all overlooking either the valley or the garden. Other Information
Check in is available between 3 pm and 7 pm, while check out is required by 10 am. The property is protected by mosquito nets throughout to ensure comfortable evenings. A housekeeper service is provided for 3 hours once a week to maintain the villa during your stay. Room and bathroom linens are provided with weekly changes occurring on Saturdays. Water, gas, electricity, and final cleaning are all included in the rental. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damages incurred. Pets are allowed on request. The swimming pool is available for use from 1 May through 31 October and features the option of protective covering to preserve water temperature overnight.
