The property can sleep up to 25 guests comfortably.
This is a new complex of 4 Apartments for rent in Vinci, Tuscany.
The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.
Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

Conveniently located in the centre of San Casciano In Val Di Pesa, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 20 km (12 mi) from Greve In Chianti.
The villa is on one single level on the ground floor. The 1st floor of the villa is closed and cannot be used by guests.
