On the first floor, there are 3 additional bedrooms, all of which enjoy magnificent views of the valley. The first bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and an en suite shower room, the second features twin beds that can be joined to form a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with an elegant tub, and the third bedroom also offers twin beds that can be joined to form a king size bed along with an en suite shower room. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, ensuring comfort during the warmer months, while heating is available and charged upon consumption. A refundable security deposit of Euro 1,000 is to be paid in euro cash upon arrival and returned upon departure, less any damages or unpaid fees. Electricity is included up to 300 KW per week, and any consumption beyond this threshold is charged accordingly. Pets may be accepted upon request. Holiday home Compignano Barn is a nice stone building (140 sq m) that includes WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to four people comfortably in two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Compignano Barn is located 920 m (3009 ft) from Compignano, Italy and only 11 km (7 mi) from Lucca.
The property is located in the Compignano Estate. The Estate includes two other residences sharing a 6mx12m swimming pool and a large garden full of olive groves and fruit trees.
Please note also that the downhill road leading to the house is not suitable for very nervous drivers.

When you arrive you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. After a busy day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day.
