The very large house is divided into two parts: one is occupied by the owners, and the other, with a private garden, is occupied by Casa Luigi.
The garden, spanning over 1,000 square meters, features a private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, 1.4 meters deep, with a waterfall and salt water purification), a tennis table, a gazebo, relaxation areas, and a barbecue.

Villa La Meridiana is set within the Pineta Varenna, a fully enclosed private park with multiple entrances accessible exclusively to residents, ensuring a high level of security and seclusion. The park overlooks the sea, located approximately 200 metres away, and the villas within it are surrounded not only by their own exclusive gardens but also by the shared greenery of centuries-old pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Pets of small size are welcome at the property, subject to prior written authorisation from the owner. Guests must communicate the number, size, and breed of their animals before arrival. The acceptance of animals is not guaranteed without this prior approval. The swimming pool is open from the first Saturday in May until the first Saturday in October. The rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The stay also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival.
