The roof of the main house can be opened to ventilate and cool down the entire building (thanks to a system of hydraulic pistons). The house's special large windows can be opened to unite the indoor and outdoor areas. The furnishing is modern and refined.
The villa is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with olive groves and woods.
Access to the property is via a partly unpaved road, with a narrow section about 100 meters long (maximum width 2 meters).

Description
Bettina! is located 3 km (2 mi) from Vicopelago, Italy and only 7 km (4 mi) from Lucca. Property Bettina! is a nice stone building (215 sq m) that includes air conditioning, private pool and internet. The property can sleep up to ten people comfortably in four bedrooms with three bathrooms.
A couple of meters of the access road to the property (between 2 stone walls) becomes very narrow and is, therefore, not suitable for large vehicles.
The house can be rented in 2 different versions:
- max number of persons version: 8+1 persons, i.e. the whole house with total 4 bedrooms is at the guests' disposal.
- max number of persons version: 6+1 persons, i.e. there are 3 bedrooms at the guests' disposal, this means that the 4th bedroom, on the lower floor, next to the oil press is NOT at the guests' disposal.
The rental price changes due to the number of people.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. After a hectic day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. There is a kitchen including coffee machine and microwave, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people.
