Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Sun loungers are positioned around the pool, offering the perfect spot to soak up the warm Italian sunshine. An outdoor shower is conveniently located nearby for use after a swim. The property also features a dedicated barbecue area complete with a barbecue house, making it an ideal setting for outdoor dining and evening gatherings. The beautifully landscaped garden, rich with plants and trees, is complemented by an open meadow that provides ample space for leisure and recreational activities, making the outdoor areas especially well suited for families.

Casolare Bretulla is equipped with a washing machine available for shared use at an extra charge. The property is accessible via a 1.2 km motor access road, which is unmade, so guests are advised to plan accordingly when travelling to the property. A roofed parking area is available on the premises, offering convenient and sheltered parking for guests arriving by car. The property is secured with electric gates, adding an additional layer of safety and privacy. The owner resides on the same property and keeps a dog on site. Podere il Doccio is an old farmhouse situated on the bank of a stream, from which it takes its name.
Il Doccio is a little hidden paradise, a real country oasis that makes it a private place, ideal for rest and recharge.
The entire property consists of the Podere of about 8 hectares of fields and oak woods. The access road to the property continues beyond the small bridge to the end of its run to the houses of the ancient Mulino del Doccio.
