The villa operates under strict house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. You must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission. All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in illegal activities. Respect for neighbors is essential, and noise must be reduced between 22.00 and 8.00. Party planning is not allowed on the premises. The tenant must be at least 18 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent. LA RIMESSA is composed by 3 independent houses (Casa Padronale, Casa Marcello and Il Fienile), plus a 3rd building, Fornace, containing 2 apartments: Fornace 1+ Fornace 2.
In case the 5 units are booked together a group of 30 would have the exclusive use of the property; the unit Casa Padronale has a large veranda, good for communal dining; also its kitchen is large.
Each unit offers private patio or garden, BBQ.
A five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and a paddle court (illuminated so also possible to play at night) are available to the guests.
