The basement includes a second kitchen, a spacious open-plan area for activities such as wine tasting and cooking classes, a cellar stocked with fine Tuscan wines including Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Chianti, a living area with sofas, and a billiard table. The basement also houses the spa, featuring a jacuzzi bath, relaxation lounges, a sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower, and changing and massage rooms. Rectangular in shape with one oval side, Roman steps, a stone border, and a PVC lining, it measures 6 x 12 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 metres. The pool features internal lighting and chlorine purification, and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The surrounding sunbathing area is paved in serena stone and extends onto the manicured lawn, where sunbeds, a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a convenient solar shower complete this inviting outdoor retreat. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of the garden, including the flower blossoming and the colour of the grass, may differ at the time of your arrival.

A short flight of 7 steps leads up to the main entrance, which opens into a bright and welcoming living room featuring a TV and comfortable seating areas. From the living room, a few steps lead to the sleeping area on this floor, comprising 2 double bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a distinctive round bed measuring 2.45 metres in diameter. Please also be aware that near the villa, approximately 300 metres away and not visible from any side of the property, there is an abandoned industrial shed.
Pets are welcome at Villa Joy. The extra cleaning fee applicable for guests travelling with animals is charged per animal per week or part of a week and is to be paid directly on site.
