Alle Fornaci is located in the centre of Latereto, Italy and only 22 km (14 mi) from Arezzo in the tourist area "Arezzo And Surroundings". Alle Fornaci is a nice stone building with air conditioning, pool and WiFi internet. The villa / farmhouse / home has a total of 15 independent apartments. The property can sleep up to 71 people comfortably.
IMPORTANT: Please note that, for liability reasons, upon entering the property, minors must be accompanied by their parents or by a person who manages their guardianship, which will be held responsible for any damage caused to property and / or persons during their stay.
In case a group books the full property, a communal dining area is available on request (to be paid extra), for lunches and dinners.
Please note that the relative kitchen can be used only by the property's cook.

Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property.
