The pool has a salted water filter system avoiding the use of chlorine. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area.
After arriving at La Capinera you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of sightseeing. Description
Beautifully furnished and well-kept detached house with garden in the Montignoso district, approx. 3 km from the sea. The house is reached by a little-used road or path, you can park opposite on the owner's property. The garden is beautifully laid out with many flowers and plants and very well maintained. There are 2 dining tables with chairs.
The house has approx. 80m2, 2 terraces, dining room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, next to the bathroom with washing machine. The spacious living room with pellet stove has a flat screen TV, table and sofa. A few stairs up is the sleeping area with a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and another bedroom with a french bed and an additional bed.
From the house you can admire the panorama of Castello Aghinolfi.
