If you choose Poggio del Fabbro, you will choose an old stone farmhouse of peasant origin, dating back to the 1800s, which has recently been renovated and has maintained its architectural and stylistic features intact, respecting tradition. The warmth of the interiors, furnishings and furniture will leave you with an indelible memory of a holiday in Tuscany for years to come.
The owners, a sure point of reference for any need, live in the house next door and will be more than happy to provide you with their vegetable garden with fresh seasonal vegetables.
A few metres from the house, you can bask in the warm summer sun on the solarium of the beautiful swimming pool (size 10x5 m, depth 1.20-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), completely fenced, which together with table tennis, table football and covered parking are for your exclusive use.

The farmhouse has a beautiful interior court yard, and about 50 m away is a completely renovated barn. Located south of Siena on the edge of the Crete Senesi, the property enjoys a tranquil, panoramic position inside a large farm (400 hectares) that produces wine and olive oil. Magnificent view of the countryside, characterized by the rolling hills of the Val D’Orcia and the city of Siena on the horizon. The apartments are furnished in a comfortable, rustic style. Outside, guests may use a charming, partially covered terrace (110m2) with a beautiful view.
The property can also be rented in its entirety for small groups, in which case guests may use a large, shared common room with kitchen.
Access to the property is via a 3 km unpaved but well-maintained road.

The well-tended garden of approximately 900 square metres is beautifully adorned with cypress trees, olive trees, fragrant herbs including rosemary, elegant roses, and a variety of fruit trees, most notably an impressively large kiwi plant. The property is completely fenced, offering privacy and security throughout your stay. A furnished portico with a breathtaking view over the surrounding valley serves as the perfect setting for al fresco dining, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor meals in the open air. The barbecue area is conveniently positioned adjacent to the swimming pool, making it ideal for leisurely summer gatherings. All rooms on the ground floor feature French windows that open directly onto the garden or the fully equipped solarium, where guests can unwind surrounded by lush greenery. The non-heated swimming pool, measuring 10 by 5 metres with a constant depth of 1.4 metres, is lined in PVC and features chlorine purification, internal lighting, and 5 internal steps for easy water access. Reached via 4 steps from the house, the pool area is paved in terracotta and furnished with deck chairs, sunbeds, and umbrellas, as well as a cold-water shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning the appearance of flowering plants and garden grass may vary at the time of your arrival.
