Numerous shaded areas are scattered throughout the park, inviting you to relax in peaceful seclusion. On the panoramic terrace, a large outdoor dining table provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, while the area between the villa and the swimming pool features a comfortable arrangement of sofas and armchairs beneath the shade of a gazebo. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and the appearance of the gardens, including the flowering plants and lawn colours, may vary depending on the season of your arrival. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 7x14 m with a depth of 1.40 m and lined in sky-blue PVC, is located on one side of the villa approximately 30 m away, accessed across the lawn. The private swimming pool is positioned 15 metres from the villa, accessible via the lawn in front of the portico. The pool is non-heated, rectangular in shape, and measures 9 by 4 metres, with a constant depth of 1.4 metres. It features salt purification, internal lighting, Roman steps, and a geyser at the shallow end. The surrounding travertine pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and adjustable umbrellas, creating an ideal sunbathing and relaxation area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. The furnishings, in typical rustic Tuscan style, make an important contribution to creating a charming and evocative atmosphere.
Inside the property there is a fourth apartment at the disposal of the owner and his guests.
Outside, you can benefit from a solarium equipped with garden furniture and umbrellas, and from an evocative, large swimming pool (size 15x6 m, depth 0.90-2.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) suspended over the panorama, from where you can be lulled by the enchanting landscape of the Tuscan hills.
The relative proximity to the exits of the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway (Km. 15 at Valdarno or Incisa exits) will allow you, when you do not prefer to relax by the pool, to reach Firenze and the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany and central Italy in just a few minutes.
Tuscany is full not only of famous cities with monuments, churches and museums to visit, but also of small villages that look like jewels set on its gentle hills. Small clusters, more or less known, in the middle of the countryside or the green woods, where you can discover the region, the most authentic one.

In front of the annex and overlooking the pool, a portico furnished with sofas and tables offers the perfect vantage point for enjoying an aperitif at sunset. The south-facing pool area lies in a panoramic position just a few steps from the annex and approximately 20 metres from the main villa, reached via a paved path bordered by flowering shrubs. The rectangular pool measures 6 by 12 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres and is lined in PVC with salt treatment purification, internal lights, Roman steps, and a ladder for water access. The first floor, accessible both via the internal staircase and directly from the outside through an entrance at the rear of the house, hosts 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with joinable beds, all with private bathrooms with shower. Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.
