The owners, thanks to careful renovation using traditional materials such as wood, terracotta and stone and comfortable furnishings, have ensured that the villa is perfect for spending a comfortable and restful holiday.
Villa Le Balze overlooks on one side a wooden porch, equipped with table and chairs and perfect for your dinners and evenings in company, and the lush garden where you will have a barbecue and a table tennis. Palazzolo Alto is a beautiful villa on the edge of the tiny village of Palazzuolo, located in the area north of Monte San Savino. It has always been the natural border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, two of the most important cities in Tuscany, equidistant from the villa and easily reachable in about 30 minutes driving. Moreover, if you like cycling or if you love motorbikes, the road between Monte San Savino and Siena offers beautiful views and breathtaking landscapes.
In Palazzolo Alto you will find a large, panoramic garden. Villa Ca' di Vestro is located on the top of a high hill in the valley of the Arno River, reached by going up a 1.5 km road, partly unpaved and partly cemented, which is steep but can be travelled by any type of car. Once at the villa, it is like nudging the clouds, with a splendid, sweeping view over the entire Valdarno. Peace and tranquillity await you in this place, no noise other than that of uncontaminated nature. The villa also offers you the possibility of moving around quickly, thanks to the good road network on the valley, which connects the cities of Arezzo (20 km) and Florence (60 km).
