Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
After arriving at Casa Rosa you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property ideal for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.
