The property which situated approx 1 km from Montaione and rented as a single environment of about 300 sqm, is made up of three apartments, two of which communicate with each other and one detached in a small outbuilding. In front of the main building, we find an enchanting "party room", all finished in wood and surrounded by large windows, equipped with table and chairs, armchairs, wood-burning oven, barbecue and stove for cooking. This party room can be booked on request, with an on site supplement payment.

The Experience
This beautiful farmhouse is located in a very quiet and secluded position on the Castello di Volpaia estate, where we have successfully been renting two other properties, La Pozza and Il Casetto for many years. Guests can enjoy incredible views from the covered terrace, which is furnished for outdoor eating and is also very practical for families as it overlooks the pool, allowing parents to relax while keeping an eye on the pool area. The fortified hamlet of Volpaia offers two nice restaurants, one of which owned by the estate. The English speaking estate staff can organize cooking lessons, visits to the wine cellars and will be glad to assist guests during their stay.
After arriving you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people.
