Villa de Ranieri is a lovely holiday rental (600 sq m) with WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can sleep up to ten people comfortably in five bedrooms with five bathrooms. Conveniently located 2 km (1 mi) from San Lorenzo A Vaccoli, Italy and only 10 km (6 mi) from Lucca. If playing a round of golf is important while on vacation, you are in luck because there is a course nearby.

IMPORTANT: the housekeeper has an independent apartment located in the same estate. Behind the Villa, there are other buildings used as storage and as a warehouse.

When you arrive you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. After a hectic day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. The sum due for the weekly final cleaning includes a daily housekeeping service (mandatory), for 4 hours a day from 08 am to 12 pm.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

The greeting on arrival by the owner and introduction to staff members was fantastic. Excellent location to Lucca and Forte de Marmi and certainly our family of 7 had a wonderful holiday and so sad to leave. It was certainly the highlight of our trip.

Villa de Ranieri ist eine außergewöhnlich schöne Villa. Geschmackvoll, sauber und mit Stil eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer ist anders eingerichtet und bietet den notwendigen Komfort. Der riesige Garten ist herrlich; riesige Zypressen geben dem Pool (12 Meter x 5 Meter) einen herrlichen Rahmen. Erwähnen möchte ich auch noch die Vermieterin Daniela: Nett, hilfreich bei allen Fragen (Tipps bei Restaurants oder Besichtigungswünschen) und immer über Telefon erreichbar wenn es eine Frage gibt. Toll auch das Service: Tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer und Zubereitung des Frühstücks sind nur ein paar Annehmlichkeiten. Jederzeit wieder. Juli 2019 Michael

(English translation - Villa de Ranieri is an exceptionally beautiful villa. Tasteful, clean and furnished with style. Each room is decorated differently and offers the necessary comfort. The huge garden is gorgeous; huge cypresses give the pool (12 m x 5 m) a magnificent setting. I would also like to mention the landlady Daniela: Nice, helpful with all questions (tips for restaurants or sightseeing) and always reachable by phone if there is a question. Great also the service: Daily cleaning of the rooms and preparation of the breakfast are just a few amenities. Any time. July 2019 Michael)
