Conveniently located in Viareggio, Italy and only 17 km (10 mi) from Forte Dei Marmi. Holiday home Casa Romana is a nice property (150 sq m) that includes air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to eight people comfortably in four bedrooms with two bathrooms. The Tuscan coast offers you and your guests a unique experience with many activities such as boating, scuba diving, beaches and beautiful sunsets and it's all nearby (3 km 2 mi).
The property is located in a farm which produces and sells different kind of products, also, nearby, there is a private street to get to the owner's house. However, very few people go around there and, even though the garden of the property is not fenced, it is surrounded by hedges and trees.

After arriving you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private garden where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit großem gepflegten Garten, Rutsche und Hängematte. Von den vorhandenen Fahrrädern sollte man allerdings nicht allzuviel erwarten. Die Betten sind bequem und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man als Selbstverpfleger benötigt. Die Eigentümer wohnen und arbeiten nebenan und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl sie ausschließlich italienisch sprechen, war eine Kommunikation, im Zweifelsfall über eine dritte Person, möglich.
Man sollte auf keinen Fall vergessen ein Anti Mücken Spray mitzunehmen, da Diese durch den benachbarten Kanal unvermeidbar da sind.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. The owners live and work next door and are very friendly and helpful. Although they only speak Italian, communication was possible, in case of doubt via a third person.
You should definitely not forget to take an anti-mosquito spray with you, as they are unavoidable due to the neighboring canal.
