This ancient stone mansion is located at the slopes of the mountains of Pisa, a few kilometres from Lucca (about 7). The house is attached to another house, surrounded by a huge garden (1’200 sqm). There is swimming pool (10 x 5m, depth: 1.30m) at the complete disposal of the guests, equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrellas, gazebo with a table and chairs, barbeque, wooden burning oven, small stone cottage with stove, small fridge, basin. The antique stone washtub being a testimony of the origin of the mansion is situated in the garden.
External utility room with washing machine, boiler, wc, sink and shower.

Staircase to the 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms + 1 wooden baby bed, 1 bedroom with 1 four poster bed, playroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, characteristic sink made of stone.
Staircase to the 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 spacious double bedroom with 1 additional single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and basin.
The house is tastefully furnished, in Tuscan style with antique furnishings as for example the beds and cupboards, antique pieces as for the toilette table made of ceramic and iron, beamed ceilings, some of the rooms have ceilings with frescos, terracotta tiled floors and the walls are painted in delicate pastel colours. External utility room with washing machine, boiler, wc, sink and shower.
