The 60 square meter apartment is composed of a comfortable and spacious living room complete with sofa, dining table, stone fireplace and satellite TV, as well as a kitchenette equipped with everything needed to cook your favourite dishes. From the living room the large window will give you a romantic glimpse of Cortona and Valdichiana.
The living room leads to the bedroom, which is also very spacious and cared for in every detail. The room has a private bathroom with shower and a closet.
The apartment is perfect for both short and long stays, it is ideal for two people and will allow you to walk to the historic center where you will savour the dolce vita of this beautiful part of Tuscany. Cortona is also the perfect place from which to explore the most beautiful cities of Umbria and Tuscany: Montepulciano, Montalcino, Arezzo, Assisi, Siena, Perugia, Pienza and many others which are all less than an hour's drive away, while Florence and Rome are easily reachable by train.
