Il Ranchetto is a secluded farmhouse, set in the midst of nature and popping up among the dense vegetation on the hills of Val Cerfone. A true oasis of peace, an enchanted place, far from the noise and frenetic pace of modern life, it is the ideal accommodation if you really want to appreciate the beauty of nature.
The road to the house (about 5 km) is a beautiful road through the woods. It is partly not asphalted, has some sloping sections, and although it is well passable with any type of car, for some it can be a little challenging, also because of the distance of about 12 km from Palazzo del Pero, where you will find some shops and a restaurant.
But after the green and beautiful route that winds through the woods, where it will not be difficult to meet some of its inhabitants, such as badgers or foxes, you will be rewarded with a haven of peace that has few equals. The city of Arezzo is about 25 km away.
All around the villa a green space will allow you to relax and isolate yourself from the rest of the world and enjoy the cool private swimming pool measuring 5 x 10 m (depth 1.40-1.60 m) and various corners equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining and quality family time. The simply and rationally furnished interiors will take you back to the old Tuscan farmhouses, where only essential services were precious, such as the spring of drinking water located adjacent to the house.
