Villa Fabbri has ten bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and can sleep a maximum of 22 people. This large property has gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside, and also has a private swimming pool for exclusive use by the guests.

Both villas are part of the huge estate of the Villa La Selva, where the owners live and oversee their winery and other operations.

Villa Felciai has 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and can sleep a maximum of 24 people more than comfortably. The villa is on a small country road just outside of the medieval hamlet of Monte Benichi, a secluded area of Tuscany that lies between Siena and Arezzo.
