The villa is situated in an elevated position in the countryside, just 5.5 kilometers from the center of Loro Ciuffenna and 35 kilometers from the center of Arezzo.

The villa is ideal for those looking for a peaceful vacation, with its shared property of 2 hectares (fenced) and a terraced garden. The swimming pool (6 x 12 m) is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun, with a depth of 140 cm and seasonal availability from May 1st to September 30th. Visitors can enjoy the outdoor shower, play tennis, relax on garden furniture, and cook up a storm on the barbecue.

An old mill, which recently closed, was powered by a water wheel for over 100 years and is still visible from the bridge today. Anatra In Porchetta

This recipe is a combination of the popular Porchetta with duck instead of the normal pork roast. Porchetta is a popular staple at many festivals and holidays in Italy, served from street vendors and often in a Panini. The Anatra in Porchetta offers a slightly different spin on the traditional dish that you are sure to find enjoyable.
