San Lorenzo is a beautiful stone building (300 sq m) with private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can sleep up to eight guests comfortably in four bedrooms with three bathrooms. San Lorenzo is located 2 km (1 mi) from Monte San Savino, Italy and only 23 km (14 mi) from Arezzo in the tourist area "Central Tuscany".

The villa is beautiful with an excellent view. But what was not advertised and understood is that one room is on a separate floor, completely different from the rest of the people staying. We visited in November and in the villa there were lot of bugs, they were not harmful but it was pleasant. Also, the heating was necessary as it is an old building and stone walls do not hold the heat well. I returned cold from our stay. The rooms downstairs do not catch wifi really well so it was not good. Also, the heating was 5 euros per hour so it was quite expensive. However, the villa had all we could need and use. Beautiful view, great location and good communication. It must be amazing place to rent during summer, but when the temperatures drop, I would not recommend this property.
