The property can sleep up to five guests comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The Tuscan coast offers you and your guests a unique experience with many activities such as boating, scuba diving, beaches and beautiful sunsets and it's all nearby (500 m 1636 ft).
The owner lives on the ground floor of the house, but has a separate entrance from the guests, who in fact enter through the gate on the street.
