Property Description
It is a semi-detached house, the ground floor part is this holiday home and upstairs lives the owner's brother (with a completely separate entrance).
The private pool is 800 mt distant from the villa, and is located on the owners' property. It is better reachable by car.
The pool will be for the guests' exclusive use. In the pool area, you will also have access to a gazebo with dining table and refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with shower.
There are golf, padel courts and e-bike rental in the vicinity of the villa (about 2 km away).
Conveniently located in the centre of Cavriglia, Italy in the tourist area "Chianti" and only 32 km (20 mi) from Greve In Chianti. Property Il Campanile is a beautiful stone building (120 sq m) that includes private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to six people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. If you enjoy a round of golf while on holiday, then you will be happy to know there is a golf course nearby.

We had a wonderful stay here . The host Sara and her friends made us feel most welcome. Se met us on arrival to ensure everything was in order. Villa is beautiful , spacious rooms , good views of sunrise if you are up early enough. Location was very convenient to several restaurants and cafe and pastries shops. Car is essential to navigate these areas

We stayed for a week in this beautiful place. When we arrived it was already very welcoming (we got an own baked apple cake), and throughout the week we were treated with many Tuscan treats near the pool. Any issues we had were very swiftly resolved. On top of that the kindness of the hosts is something we have never encountered before. 5 stars doesn’t do justice to how you are treated in this accommodation, if we could rate 6, we would want to rate 7 and so on. All in all we have had a great holiday and we definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Tuscany!

Perfekt ophold hos Sara og Patrizia. Lejligheden var nyistandsat, ny stue, nyt køkken og nyt køkkenudstyr. Og køkkenet var veludstyret - og der var nok af alting. Værelserne var rigtig fine. Overalt virkede aircondition fint. Poolen var stor og ren - og haven, omgivelserne og udsigten rigtig lækker. Sara og Patrizia gjorde alt for at servicere os. Det var meget fint og imødekommende. We couldn't have found a better place to stay or better hosts! Sara and Patrizia were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They even brought us an Easter Egg to celebrate Easter. From the start of our visit (2 month) with a baked apple cake to the end with preserves and hugs these two were wonderful. The house is lovely. It was very comfortable, well equipped and with a great location to explore the region. The beds were very comfortable and having outside space was the Icing on the cake. The outdoor BBQ was an asset. If you get a chance don't miss the opportunity for the ladies to prepare a meal for you! You won't regret it! It was one of the best meals we had on our trip! Will definitely come again!!

I could not recommend this place more highly! Sara and Patrizia were amazing hosts! The apartment is so comfy, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfy. Cavriglia is a lovely little town and a great place to explore TUSCANY and Umbria from.

Alles was gewoon perfect! Nog nooit zo'n ruime keukeninventaris gehad. Eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en attent. Iedere dag werd er gevraagd of alles okay was. Bij het zwembad (wat heel schoon was) werden we ook door haar verwend met o.a. ijs, koffie, zelfgemaakte koekjes, pruimen, tomaten, watermeloen enz. Bedden waren prima. Nog nooit zoveel kastruimte en aanwezige hangertjes gehad. Zelfs een strijkijzer en plank waren aanwezig. Er staat in de keukenkastjes ook nog een "gewoon" koffiezetapparaat voor wie de Italiaanse koffie te heftig is. Dit huis is echt een aanrader!!!!

Pictures and description on site can’t explain the quality, or cleanliness, in detail. The villa, location and service where fantastic, as was the hospitality of the owner. Great restaurant across the road and many other convenience stores in walking distance. Cavriglia is well situated for visiting places and of course wine tasting. One of the best holidays had, mostly thanks to the host/owner , the villa and amazing pool (essential during the heatwave)! Thank you and see you again.

We went into the region to attend a family wedding and were looking for a nice, quite place to spend few days with the family.
Myself, my wife and 3 of our kids were with us.
Some of us travelled from Canada the day before.
We found this property just perfect for us. It had all the comforts you can ask for.
Conveniently located in the town of Cavriglia was also a good shelter during the hot days!!
Sara, our host, welcomed us on our arrival. She also accommodated our need for an early check in giving us the opportunity to refresh before heading to the wedding on Sat afternoon.
As we entered the kitchen we found some really nice cookies Sara put there for us!
The pool, as stated in the property details, is located about 800mts from the property and it is just amazing. When we went on Sunday we met Sara mum and she was very nice in welcoming us.
We only spent few days, however in this context it was just perfect for us travelling all the way from Canada!
The secondary bathroom though had a shower, we were not able to use it as the movable curtains would not seal properly on the floor. We reported this to Sara and I am sure by now this has been fixed. This final comment is reported not as negative note but rather to underline once again the extreme professionalism from Sara to listen to our feedback and promptly act on it.
