The entrance level welcomes you with a dedicated entrance hall that sets the tone for the refined interiors found throughout the property. On the upper floor, you will find an open living room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, with direct access to the terrace. A large dining room, also equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, provides an elegant setting for shared meals, while a separate small dining room offers additional flexibility for dining arrangements. This floor also houses 3 double bedrooms, each individually equipped with air conditioning, as well as 1 further bedroom fitted with 2 single beds of 90 cm width and its own air conditioning unit. The kitchen on this level is fully appointed with an oven, a dishwasher, a gas stove with 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a Nespresso capsule system available as an extra. The kitchen also benefits from an open-hearth fireplace and a second direct exit to the terrace. 2 bathrooms are located on this floor, one configured with a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other with a shower, bidet, and WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
